Brian Webb's practice experience includes civil litigation, business law, criminal defense, family law, housing and property disputes, family law, guardianships, tribal representation, and other legal practice areas. He helps clients with business formation, DUIs and misdemeanors, contract writing and review, divorce and custody disputes, protection orders, guardianships and conservatorships, real property disputes and evictions, and more. Mr. Webb has also served as the tribal prosecutor for two Native American tribes in Arizona and is conversant in Spanish as a second language. As the firm's founder and past owner other businesses, Mr. Webb has the knowledge and practical experience to help his clients overcome whatever challenges they may encounter.
As of January 2022, Mr. Webb has taken on a full-time role as the firm's chief executive, and now primarily focuses on running the firm's daily and strategic operations. Additionally, as The 928 Law Firm's only Navajo-licensed lawyer, his case load is now limited to solely tribal cases.
