David Brake

Associate Lawyer

David Brake joined The 928 Law Firm in January of 2025 and is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Pennsylvania.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brake earned his B.S. in Sport and Entertainment Management at the University of South Carolina. During his time there he interned in various areas of sports and entertainment including baseball teams, concert venues, and the Masters golf tournament. Mr. Brake also earned his minor in Business Administration, all while graduating with a 3.95 GPA.

Mr. Brake’s interest in the sports world drove him to attend law school at Villanova University. While there, he developed an interest in various areas of the law, interning in for a cryptocurrency law firm, a sports agent, and a firm that represents the intellectual property interests of mixed martial arts pay-per-view programming. Mr. Brake joined The 928 Law Firm in January of 2025 as a law clerk, and now is an Associate Attorney following his admission to the Arizona Bar.

In his free time, Mr. Brake enjoys keeping up with his hometown St. Louis sports teams and playing golf.
